WISH TRIP - DAY 3 AFTERNOON

After the excitement of meeting the super heroes, it was time for lunch.

From there, it was off to Dr. Suess Land.  Is it a big surprise that the first stop was the carousel??  Then we hit  Red Fish, Blue Fish.  Maggie was NOT a fan of having water squirted on her.  Bennett and Grace, on the other hand, rode the ride more than one and loved it!
This picture cracks me up!  Grace had so much fun on this trip!!

Then we hit The Cat in the Hat ride and another ride.  We hit the candy store and it was time to head to Harry Potter!!

I will be honest....I was SUPER excited about heading to Hogwarts.  However, my excitement was quickly dampened when I started looking for my phone to take some pictures and couldn't find it.  Talk about a terrible feeling in the pit of your stomach.  I knew there was no hope of finding it at Universal Studios.  After a panicked 5-10 minutes, I found it in the bottom of my bag.  Whew.

Hogwarts

Ready to catch the train!

We hit the butter beer stand - YUM - on the way to ride the Harry Potter ride.  It was pretty intense.  Bennett did not like and and it made Craig and me nauseous.

We hit Flight of the Hippogriff next and Grace loved it.  She rode it 3 times in a row.  This was the one and only time that we ever had any issue with an employee.  A young teenager was very snippy with my kids...but I bit my lip and didn't let it ruin our day.  The kids hit the Olivander stand for new magic wands and we were ready to move on.

The next ride we rode was in Jurassic Park area.  They were Pterydactal Gliders.  You hung down and flew through the sky.  This was one of the kids favorite rides!  They rode it twice while the adults traded off.  The adults enjoyed watching a squirrel steal snacks out of strollers.  Bennett got time for a quick play in the play land so he was happy.

The park was closing early for a Halloween party event so we had time for one more ride.  Bennett had to choose the ride and he really wanted to ride a water ride so Bennett chooses Rip Saw Falls.  Grace is a teeny-tiny bit too short but Craig manages to sneak her on.  She loved it...Craig said he held on tightly to her the entire way down the big hill.  (Grandmama and I sat this one out!)  D-Daddy gets soaked!

This was a great day!  Now it was time to head to the Polynesian Resort for dinner.
