HOPEKIDS FAMILY PHOTOS

We were so thankful to have the opportunity to have family photos made at no cost to us.  Thanks to Kendall with Kendall Crossen Photography for donating her time and talents.

NOVEMBER 2014 WRAP UP

Highlights from November.....

We found a new breakfast joint near our house.  It has whipped cream on the hot chocolate!

Grace had an ice cream treat on the way home from lunch.  She ate it in the car.  This is the result....

50th day of school!

School pictures 2014.  So cute!!

This is the painting that Grace did for the head chef with Make-a-Wish.  We finally made it to his restaurant.  This is hanging in the main dining room.   The food was amazing!

Headed TO get family photos done.....

She put her head band on by herself.  She is full of personality!!

Grace's Thanksgiving feast at school.  I am so thankful that I was able to go over and eat with her.

I found this in Grace's backpack.  I have no idea when she made it.

This kid cracks me up.  She was just laying in the bag watching TV.

I love it when God speaks to me with his skies.

Love these 2!

I always get scared when Soap Man shows up.

My school had a Weenie Roast.  The kids loved meeting Lamb Chop.
Grace and I got to go "work" together.  The Rangerettes and ADTS teamed up for a fun workshop and performance.  Grace had so much fun!!

SIX FLAGS SURPRISE

When we checked out of Give Kids the World Village from our Wish Trip, we were given a passport of partners.  One of the partners was Six Flags.  Our free passes expired on October 19 so we headed to the park on October 18.  We decided at the very last minute to go after work and didn't tell the kids.  They were so surprised and had so much fun!

Maggie would run up to every ride and stand against the measuring stick.  "Am I older enough to ride??"

We ate a small snack while we were at Six Flags so we were pretty much starving.  We decided to treat the kids to IHOP on our way home.  As you can tell....we were all pretty delirious by this point.
Bennett wanted everyone to make a scary face...

Someone figured out how to take selfies....
